Bubinga Rosenwood

(Guibourtia tessmannii)

Bubinga is a beautiful exotic wood species with a variety of exciting veins and striking red, brown and purple tones.

The slightly wavy stripes of the  beautiful texture of this African rosewood are caused by alternating rotation, narrow color zones or lively veining.

PMMA stabilised coloured wood. The special aesthetic porosity of the wood leades to holes during milling which can be filled after milling. Larger holes are filled with a mixture of wood dust (milling dust or sand paper made dust) and clear acrylic (PMMA clear and monomer), smaller porosities are filled with wood dust and superglue (cyanoacrylate).

The product can be finished like PMMA and is available in the seven colours: clear nature, pitch black (black), green-yellow, clear blue (blue), red yellow,  turquoise green, clear red (red-brown).

American White Oak

(Quercus Alba)

The oak is one of the ring porous hardwoods, is very durable and tough. It is very much appreciated due to its expressive structure. Flamed oak is determined by an undulating moving appearance and by more or less regular and pronounced stripes that are oriented transverse to the fiber flow.

Mahogany

This wood comes from Africa. The pink-brown to light red tinted hard wood obtains an intense red-brown color by drying.

Indian Apple

(Tineo)

The indian apple tree is primarily to be found in South America. The wood of the indian apple impresses with its exotic flair. The nuances

range from russet to dark rose shades. The annual rings become apparent in small dark lines.

Larch

(Larix Decidua)

The light splint of the larch is very narrow, the shade of the heartwood varies strongly from light brown to intense red-brown. The typical appearance is characterised by the variation of light early wood and darker differentiated late wood areas. Depending on the production this can create beautiful bloomy/ flawy– or straight striped structures.

Macassar Ebony

(Diospyros Celebica)

Macassar ebony is also known as Coromandel. Its elegant dark wood has a grey-brown to red-brown basic tone with partly regular, partly irregular streaked darkbrown to black colour stripes. The wood is strikingly shiny, very hard and very decorative.

Bird´s Eye Maple

(Acer Saccharum)

Bird´s eye maple is a special form of hard maple (sugar maple). Because of excrecence of  „sleeping buds“ pencil formed branches are formed around the trunk (bird´s eyes), which grow into the wood. The light white to white-yellowish colour which inside the trunk merges into a pale gold-brown colour, in combination with the lifely structure, conveys a friendly ambience.

Zebrano

(Microberlinia Bisulcata, Brazzavillensis)

The light- to grey-brown basic tone of this wood is freshened distincly by dense black-brown stripes. The stripes run mainly straight on the radial surfaces, though often the irregular and jagged course of the colour stripes grant the wood a unique character.
