Soft as wax milling of Co/Cr – wet or dry! The isostatic high pressure manufacturing process allows bridges with up to 14 units and even implant bar restorations. Non precious metal alloy type 4, therefore no limitations compared to milled or cast Co/Cr alloys. The small shrinkage allows you to place up to 40 units in a blank. Minimal wear of burs.

PMMA stabilised coloured wood. The special aesthetic porosity of the wood leades to holes during milling which can be filled after milling. Larger holes are filled with a mixture of wood dust (milling dust or sand paper made dust) and clear acrylic (PMMA clear and monomer), smaller porosities are filled with wood dust and superglue (cyanoacrylate).

The product can be finished like PMMA and is available in the seven colours: clear nature, pitch black (black), green-yellow, clear blue (blue), red yellow,  turquoise green, clear red (red-brown).

multidimension, 9-layer, high translucent zirconia. the production process, 5 different layers of pre-coloured Tosoh zirconia powders of different bending strength (≥ 600-1100 MPa) are layered on top of each other, building 4 transition layers in the process.

The result is an extremely natural colour transition for vivid, lively restorations for up to 14 units.

Wax Blank for the CNC milling technique

Suitable for the fabrication of crowns and bridges, that serve as provisional or longterm dental prosthesis. CopraTemp is also suitable for permanent restorations. It is extremely plaque resistant and can be layered with resins and composites and can be individualised.

Isostatic, powder-metallurgical manufactured hard Co/Cr blank

Optimum homogeneity due to isostatic high pressure manufacturing process. Minimal bur wear out due to extremely high homogeneity without “hard islands” and casting segregations as with common Co/Cr blanks. Higher milling speed due to better machinability (like titanium) and lower Vickers hardness. Up to 50% shorter process time in your milling system.

Splint

Blank of high-quality, highly crosslinked polyamide. CopraDur is practically unbreakable and therefore suitable for the fabrication of orthodontic splints with only 0,5mm thickness. It stays very flexible and provides a very smooth, gliding surface for optimum patient comfort.

American White Oak

The oak is one of the ring porous hardwoods, is very durable and tough. It is very much appreciated due to its expressive structure. Flamed oak is determined by an undulating moving appearance and by more or less regular and pronounced stripes that are oriented transverse to the fiber flow.
